Trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs and texts available on this website are the exclusive property of Fiscal.ia SAS or are used with authorization.

The IFG trademark is a registered product of Fiscal.ia SAS.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, of the website elements, by any means, is prohibited without prior written authorization from Fiscal.ia SAS.

3.2 Content

All content on the website (texts, images, videos, databases, algorithms, source code) is protected by copyright and database rights.

3.3 Penalties

Any unauthorized use of the website or its content may incur the user’s liability and lead to civil and criminal proceedings under the French Intellectual Property Code.

IFG is a decision-support tool using artificial intelligence to analyze tax questions. It does not replace:

  • A licensed chartered accountant
  • A tax lawyer
  • A licensed wealth management advisor
  • A personalized consultation with a professional

4.2 Accuracy of Information

Fiscal.ia SAS makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However:

  • Tax regulations change constantly
  • AI-generated answers may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • Each tax situation is unique and requires tailored analysis
  • Information is not exhaustive

4.3 No Warranty

Fiscal.ia SAS does not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, completeness or relevance of the information provided
  • The suitability of answers to a particular situation
  • Continuous and uninterrupted availability of the service
  • Absence of errors, bugs or malfunctions

4.4 Limitation of Liability

Fiscal.ia SAS disclaims any liability:

  • For financial losses resulting from use of the information provided
  • For tax reassessments, penalties or fines
  • For decisions made based on generated answers
  • For any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the service
  • For interruptions, suspensions or malfunctions of the service

4.5 Verification Obligation

The user undertakes to:

  • Verify all information provided by IFG
  • Consult a qualified professional before any major decision
  • Not rely solely on AI-generated answers
  • Check the applicable regulations at the time of use

5. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

5.1 Data Controller

The data controller is Fiscal.ia SAS.

5.2 Data Collected

The personal data collected includes:

  • Email (when creating an account)
  • First and last name (optional)
  • Tax questions asked (processed to provide the service and improve it; direct identifiers are minimized where possible)
  • Connection logs (IP address, dates, times)
  • Payment information (via Stripe - not stored on our servers)

5.3 Purposes

Data is used to:

  • Provide and improve the service
  • Manage user accounts
  • Send service-related communications
  • Ensure service security
  • Comply with legal obligations

5.4 User Rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: Obtain a copy of your data
  • Right to rectification: Correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure: Delete your data
  • Right to restriction: Restrict processing
  • Right to data portability: Retrieve your data

5.5 Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration necessary for the purposes for which it is collected, and at most 3 years after account closure.

5.6 Security

Fiscal.ia SAS implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction.

5.7 Processors

Your data may be shared with our processors. Our primary infrastructure is hosted in the European Union; AI processing may transit to OpenAI under contractual safeguards and data-minimization rules:

  • Supabase (Frankfurt, Germany): database and storage hosting (EU)
  • Hetzner (Nuremberg, Germany): application hosting (EU)
  • Stripe (Ireland): payment processing (PCI-DSS certified)
  • OpenAI (USA): AI processing via API. Data sent is minimized and, where possible, pseudonymized. Direct identifiers are not sent unless required for the feature.

5.8 AI, retention and security standards

  • Approved AI provider: OpenAI for the IFG chat and research runtime.
  • Provider-side retention mode: contractual no-training / reduced-retention settings are used where available, and only the minimum data required for the feature is sent to AI APIs.
  • Hosting: the rest of the platform (application, database, logs) is hosted in the European Union.
  • Security standards: we select processors with recognized controls (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS where applicable).

6. Compliance with the EU AI Act

🇪🇺 COMPLIANCE APPROACH: IFG is designed as a professional decision-support tool with human oversight and data-minimization controls.

6.1 System Classification

IFG is intended for professional review and human validation. It is not designed to make automated legal or tax decisions on behalf of users.

6.2 Transparency (Art. 50)

In accordance with transparency obligations, users are informed that they are interacting with a generative AI system. Answers are produced by probabilistic algorithms based on official sources.

6.3 Human Oversight (Art. 14)

The system integrates the principle of human oversight (“Human-in-the-loop”). It is designed as a research and pre-analysis tool for qualified experts (lawyers, tax professionals) who remain responsible for final validation.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website uses cookies to:

  • Maintain your login session
  • Improve user experience
  • Analyze website usage (analytics, only after consent)

Audience measurement cookies are optional and remain disabled by default until explicit consent is provided.

8. Terms of Use of the Service

8.1 Authorized Use

The service is intended for professional or lawful personal use. It is prohibited to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Massively extract data (scraping)
  • Resell or redistribute answers without authorization
  • Use the service to compete with Fiscal.ia

8.2 User Account

The user undertakes to:

  • Provide accurate information upon registration
  • Keep credentials confidential
  • Notify any unauthorized use immediately

8.3 Suspension or Termination

Fiscal.ia SAS reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of:

  • Violation of the terms of use
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of subscriptions
  • Abusive use of the service

9. Pricing and Payments

Prices are indicated in EUR (tax included where applicable) and may be changed for future subscriptions or renewal periods after prior notice where required by applicable law.

Payments are secured via Stripe. Fiscal.ia SAS does not store any banking information.

Where a withdrawal right applies and the service begins immediately at the customer's express request, the consequences provided for by Articles L221-18 and L221-25 of the French Consumer Code may apply.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These legal notices are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
